Key Trainers
André Seijbel
Founder and director of Swan Heights. André worked as a P.A. and butler for a very high-end businessman in Europe and traveled the world with his employer. André was responsible for constantly maintaining the highest level of service at all six mansions, his yacht and on board his private jet. He also acted as head-chef for special occasions, including those on board of the employer's private jet.
With 15 years of work experience in the field of private service, André has developed into an expert in the art of service and Food and Beverage, offering the highest level possible to his employer and his guests. His unique cooking skills allowed him to prepare exclusive lunches and dinners in the air. He will share his passion for food with the trainees. "Food is entertainment" is one of his quotes.
Heidi Smale
Founder and director of Swan Heights. Heidi graduated from the Hotelschool Leeuwarden and Butlerschool before gaining a lot of experience working for private families. She started her career working on a 40 meter private yacht and setting up many private household systems. Heidi now owns and runs her own Travel P.A. company where she accompanies families and businessmen on their journeys abroad and tends to all their needs while away from home.
Heidi is an expert on foreign cultures, etiquette and hospitality. She is able to prepare the trainees for difficult situations that they may face during their work.
Hans van Geenen
For the last 11 years, captain on private jets, and nowadays captain on a Challenger 604.
Used to fly for VVIP's. He is also a certified trainer on a variety of simulators, flight instructor, and specialist on Crew Resource Management and Multi Crew Cooperation. Hans will tell all about safety-systems, the technical part of flying, and all other relevant information.
Robert Kok
Robert is a senior security professional who worked for some large multinational corporations, including an airline company. He has over 35 years of experience in the field of security, including aviation security, personal security (including VVIP), security risk management and fraud investigations. He also gained experience in aircraft safety and lead a multidisciplinary project on aircraft handling damage prevention. Furthermore he was responsible for the security of VVIP trips.
Robert has his own security consultancy company Blue Wings Security Risk Management and focuses on (personal/ VVIP and aviation)security advice, security reviews and on awareness trainings.
He will deliver the security awareness training and his experience with VVIP security with the trainees.
