Hospitality, Food & Beverage, Vip's & Crew security

First-class service without a private flight attendant is also an option. Enjoy your journey with high-end catering and services provided by your pilot, co-pilot or both. In 7 days, Swan Heights teaches them to become acquainted with what is expected of service in the air.

Guests can be demanding and may ask all kind of questions or have special requests. In smaller planes space is limited, so good planning, organization, and knowledge of food and beverage is of utmost importance and essential. We will train the pilots to be able to offer a high quality of service in confined spaces.

In this one week course we offer them all the information, knowledge and tips and tricks to make that part of their job easier.

We realize that their main job is flying the guest to their destination in the safest way possible. But we can guarantee that this course will save a lot of time and hassle in the service component of their job.
