Marcel van der Kleijn
Owner and chef cook of Michelin* restaurant Callas in The Hague. The food prepared at Callas is in the classical French tradition but stripped of all frills and furbelows. Pure and light, the food is enhanced by subtle shades of color. Guests are received by Sharon van Tongeren, his wife. "We want people to feel at home with us." He believes in modern cooking founded on traditional principles, with the accent on the richness of pure taste.

Thérèse Boer
Together with her husband Jonnie Boer, she is the proud owner of restaurant "De Librije", which has been awarded by the famous Michelin Restaurant Guide with their highest ranking: 3 stars. Thérèse is one of the leading ladies in the Dutch restaurant and hospitality industry. She is famous for her wine knowledge, and has even her own wine label: Lady Librije. This spring, "De Librije" has opened an own hotel as well. Thérèse will give the trainees a new focus on hospitality and service. A visit to their world-famous restaurant and a "behind the scene tour" is included in the course.

Marleen
As owner of 'Pasgoed' she is specialized in personal image consulting. In life, it is often all about first impressions. Marleen will guide you in a journey along colours and body shapes. Which colours will reinforce your personality? Which vogue and style elements will be the best match with your own body shape? You will become aware of the meaning of colour in your image. You will find your own way to look better and more professional, whilst staying true to your own identity.

Jeroen Bronkhorst
De Wijnstudio
Founder of the Wine Studio. For 15 years, Jeroen and his wife owned a restaurant and conference-room. Working as a chef /owner, Jeroen developed a great passion for wines. As a result, his wine list has won 5 national awards, including two times " Best wine list of the Netherlands"

Jeroen has received an impressive amount of wine education, including Oinos Wine & Chemistry, and Wine & Soil Influences. He is also "chevalier-sabreur", master of opening a Champagne bottle with a sable. At least two times a year, he is travelling around the world for an intensive wine-education trip. Currently, he is attending the "Diploma Course", the highest level of the Wines and Spirits Education Trust in London.

The Wijnstudio is an institute that develops wine workshops and training at all levels, for private and business purposes. It is specialised in matching wines with food.
